How to Migrate your auto-renewal

Migrating from PayPal to the new CPLC Patrol website can be done following these steps.

 

The CPLC Patrol has a new website and new membership and payment management features. Members can now sign up and pay using an improved process and will have the ability to manage their own subscription on the CPLC Patrol’s website.

 

While not required, members are encouraged to change how they subscribe to the patrol for a better membership experience and to help reduce the complexity and costs involved in managing our membership.

 

Steps to move your recurring subscription to the CPLC Patrol website:

 

  • Login to www.paypal.com

  • Open the settings page via the “gear” icon in the top right corner.

  • In the next screen click on “Payments” in the menu, then select “Automatic Payments” at the bottom of the screen.

  • In the list of authorized payments find and click on “CPLC Patrol, Inc.”

  • Click the link at the bottom of the page for “Remove PayPal as payment method”

  • In the following screen confirm the action by clicking “Remove”.

  • Go to www.cplcpatrol.org and click on “Join CPLC Patrol” in the main navigation at the top of the page. Choose a membership type and follow the prompts to sign up and pay.
